FAQ General for Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Do you have a store or physical location to do a local pick-up?

No, we operate exclusively as an online store.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders over $69 CAD (before taxes and after coupons) receive free shipping in Canada and the USA mainland.

What is the Shipment processing time?

All orders are processed by our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, within 0 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We can often ship out packages the same day before 3 pm PST.

What happens if there is a delay in the shipment of my order?

While it's uncommon for items to be unavailable for more than a day, please be aware that Pure CDS and CDH may occasionally require a few days for shipping. This is because we prioritize freshness, and these items cannot be excessively stocked in the warehouse. In the rare event of a significant delay in shipment, we assure you that we will promptly contact you to provide updates and address any concerns.

How long does it take for tracking to start working?

Please allow 24 Business hours for tracking to start working. Also, it may take a few days longer in rare cases. Rest assured if it has tracking it will ship next business day. Contact us if tracking has not been updated in 4 days.

How are USA orders with WPS items shipped?

USA orders with WPS items can only be shipped with UPS by ground as they are hazmat items.

I am currently located in the USA but off the mainland. Why is it not possible to have the product shipped to my location?

We do not ship to the United States, not on the mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau and the Armed Forces.

Do you ship internationally?

We have stopped shipping internationally at this time. Except the USA's mainland. We will again if it becomes possible to do it legally and cost-effectively.

What is your store currency?

Our store is now charging in Canadian, CAD instead of USD as was the case before Sept 1st, 2023. United States customers can still order, they will just convert CAD to USD in their currency.

Why is there plastic around the top of the bottles?

The heat-sealed shrink bands around the lids are designed to prevent bottles from leaking during transit. Although they may also reduce the risk of tampering, the seals can break during transit. If this occurs, please inform us and conduct a test to confirm if the product is still functional.

Do you accept returns?

We accept 30-day returns on some items, but we can not accept any returns for WPS products as they are hazmat items and are made fresh on demand. Also, we have to make sure they are untampered with for our customer's health and safety. Please make sure you order the right kind and amount. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you store credit card information?

We prioritize the security of your sensitive information; therefore, once credit card details are entered, we do not retain access to this information to further ensure your data privacy and protection.

How Secure is Our Website?

Do you accept e-Transfer?

We do not accept e-Transfer, we only accept payment by Credit Card and PayPal.

How are taxes calculated on your site?

Taxes are charged for orders in Canada only. They are charged for Hst, Pst, or Gst and on shipping costs. Coupon codes are charged before taxes. No taxes are changed in the USA.

FAQ Water Purification with Chlorine Dioxide

Do you have an Expiry Date on the Bottles?

We do not have an expiry date on the bottles. WPS kit will be full strength for 2 years, and we make enough at a time to last a couple of weeks, so it is sent out fresh.

CDS and CDH will be at full strength for up to one year if unopened. We will make enough at a time to last for a week to keep it fresh.

The product can retain effectiveness after its expiration date, but it will gradually lose potency. Additionally, the air inside the bottle can also deactivate the product over time. Therefore, the more frequently you use it, the faster it will become less effective. To mitigate this, you may consider transferring the product to a smaller bottle when nearly empty for CDS.

Can you Freeze the Plastics Bottles for Long-term Storage?

Yes, you can freeze them and store them for 5 years or longer at full strength. They may come frozen in colder weather, but this is fine.

What is the Expected Color and Smell of the Solution or Liquid upon activation of the WPS KIT?

When activating a few drops of the WPS KIT, look for a yellow colour and the smell of choline. Depending on how many more drops you add it will turn dark yellow, to dark amber brown soon after activation, also it will smell more like chlorine so you should use it in a well-ventilated space.

What is the Difference between Plastic and Glass Bottles?

Despite occasional rare leaks after 8 months, these containers remain the preferred option for short-term use (under 6 months) and for travelling, thanks to their durability and portability.

Where are your Water Purification Supplies sourced from?

We source all water purification solutions, bottles and labels from within Canada. All bottling and manufacturing are in Canada. We are proud of our WPS for being a product of Canada.

Chlorine Dioxide KIT vs. Pure CDS 3000 PPM

🆚The Chlorine Dioxide KIT and Pure CDS 3000 PPM share the same pathogen-fighting capabilities since they both utilize Chlorine Dioxide to eliminate disease-causing organisms. The primary distinction is that our Chlorine Dioxide KIT requires activation and yields a solution with a potency of 33,000 ppm for every 1 ml of activated solution, whereas Pure CDS 3000 PPM is pre-activated and maintains a more moderate strength of 3000 ppm. Pure CDS means it contains no residual Chlorine Dioxide KIT ingredients or byproducts except Chlorine Dioxide Gas.🔬🦠

How are Pure CDS and CDH 3000 PPM made and what is the Difference?

Our most popular product, CDS 3000 PPM, is made by activating Part A and Part B in a glass inside a glass container for 12 to 24 hours with water in it. The water then contains pure Chlorine Dioxide Gas.

CDH 3000 PPM is our least popular and is made with the activator still in it and made with Part A and Hydrochloric Acid (HCL). It also takes 12 hours to activate.

What is the Difference Between Part A 22.4% and 25% Sodium Chlorite?

Part A has two options, 22.4% and 25% Sodium Chlorite. They both make Chlorine Dioxide when activated by Part B. The 25% version is slightly stronger, about 10% stronger than the 22.4%. They both work the same, and the difference would not be noticeable for most users. Some people may prefer one over the other, but the choice is a matter of personal preferences

For Part B of the kits, what is the Difference Between Citric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)?

Part B has two different food-grade acids to activate Part A, Citric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid (HCL). Both Citric Acid and HCL will activate the Part A Sodium Chlorite in 30 seconds. Some people believe that HCL, which is used for digestion in the stomach, may be better tolerated. HCL is also much more popular than Citric Acid.

How do you make Choline Dioxide with a KIT?

There are many ways to make Chlorine Dioxide, but one of the easiest methods is to activate Sodium Chlorite. This can be done easily using WPS KITS. Simply add 1 drop of Part A and 1 drop of Part B together in a clean glass and wait for 30 seconds. Congratulations, you now have Chlorine Dioxide!

Why is Choline Dioxide used for Water Purification?

Chlorine Dioxide should be used for water purification because it is an efficient oxidant, biocide, and disinfectant. Unlike other water purification methods, it has minimal reactions with organic compounds and generates less waste and pollutants. This makes it an excellent choice for ensuring clean and safe drinking water. Chlorine dioxide can destroy bacteria, viruses, and other germs in water, therefore preventing the spread of waterborne illnesses.

How to Use and Store Pure CDS and CDH?

How to Purify Water: We already activated it for you. Choose your dropper type - the plastic turret cap dropper dispenses 2 to 5 drops for every litre of water, while the new pipette droppers for glass need 3 to 8 drops. Adjust the quantity based on the water's impurity level. After adding the drops, shake or stir the water thoroughly and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes. Your water is now pathogen-free and safe to drink.

Storage: Upon receiving Pure CDS or CDH, it's essential to refrigerate it immediately. Allow it to refrigerate for at least 4 hours before opening. Rest assured, our solution retains its full strength for up to 1 year when unopened from the date received. Once opened, it remains potent for approximately 3 to 6 months.

How to Use and Store Water Purification KITS?

KIT Activation of Chlorine Dioxide: Mix 1 drop of PART A Sodium Chlorite and 1 drop of PART B Hydrochloric Acid or Citric Acid in a clean container to make Chlorine Dioxide. Use one drop of each. Allow 30 seconds for activation before pouring the mixture into water for purification.

How to Purify Water: To purify one gallon of water, add 1 to 3 activated drops, depending on the level of impurity. Shake or stir the water thoroughly and let it settle for 30 minutes. If the water appears murky, filter it before use.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place with the lid closed. Full strength for 2 years.

What is the conversion of Chlorine Dioxide KIT to Pure CDS 3000 PPM?

⚖11 ml of Pure CDS 3000 PPM is equivalent to 1 ml of activated Chlorine Dioxide KIT, making it 11 times stronger.

💪Upon activation, 1 ml of Sodium Chlorite from our Chlorine Dioxide KIT has been verified to generate approximately 33,000 ppm of Chlorine Dioxide, whereas Pure CDS 3000 PPM is 3000 ppm. It's important to note that with the KIT, this will be a total of 2 ml, as 1 ml of Part B is added to activate.

How is your Sodium Chlorite Solution made?

📐28% Sodium Chlorite Solution is equivalent in concentration to 22.4% Sodium Chlorite Solution. This discrepancy arises when Sodium Chlorite is produced using 80% Sodium Chlorite flakes. While some refer to it as 28%, the actual concentration is 22.4% Sodium Chlorite Solution, with 5.6% consisting of inert salts, which are sometimes counted as Sodium Chlorite.🕵

Do you have Sodium Chlorite flakes?

We do not offer Sodium Chlorite flakes as they are not available in Canada.

What is the standard of your Sodium Chlorite Solution Part A?

Are WPS KIT and CDS the same as using MMS Protocols?

Health Canada is advising against the use of "MMS" or Miracle Mineral Solution, as taking it as suggested by Jim Humble or Andreas Kalcker may cause serious health problems. AllOne Wellness does not endorse the misuse of our products. WPS KITs and CDS are designed for water purification only and should not be used for MMS protocols. We cannot provide advice on using our products for MMS or any specific protocols related to it.
