FAQ General for Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We have two warehouses to deliver your package faster: Vancouver, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada. Also now a warehosue in the Ohio, USA

Do you have a store or physical location to do a local pick-up?

No, we operate exclusively as an online store.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders over $69 CAD (before taxes and after coupons) receive free shipping in Canada and the USA mainland.

What is the Shipment processing time?

All orders are processed within 0 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In rare cases, we may take 5 business days or more to ship out our order as the warehouse can get backed up, due to high demand.  If your order takes longer than three days to ship, contact us, and we can expedite it for you.

What happens if there is a delay in the shipment of my order?

While it's uncommon for items to be unavailable for more than a day, please be aware that Pure CDS and CDH may occasionally require a few days for shipping. This is because we prioritize freshness, and these items cannot be excessively stocked in the warehouse. In the rare event of a significant delay in shipment, we assure you that we will promptly contact you to provide updates and address any concerns.

How long does it take for tracking to start working?

Please allow 24 Business hours for tracking to start working. Also, it may take a few days longer in rare cases. Rest assured if it has tracking it will ship next business day. Contact us if tracking has not been updated in 4 days.

How are USA orders with Chlorine Dioxide items shipped?

USA orders with WPS items can only be shipped with UPS by ground as they are hazmat items. Do not use a P.O. box as we may be unable to ship. 

I am currently located in the USA, but off the mainland. Why is it not possible to have the product shipped to my location?

We can only ship to the contiguous 48 states in the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or Armed Forces locations. However, it may be possible to arrange for a third-party shipping service to send items to you from the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

We have stopped shipping internationally at this time, except for the USA's mainland. We will again if it becomes possible to do it legally and cost-effectively.

What is your store currency?

Our store changed to Canadian, CAD instead of USD as we had before. United States customers can still order, they will just convert CAD to USD in their currency. We may get another site to charge USD in the future. 

Why is there plastic around the top of the bottles?

The heat-sealed shrink bands around the lids are designed to prevent bottles from leaking during transit. Although they may also reduce the risk of tampering, the seals can break during transit. If this occurs, please inform us and conduct a test to confirm if the product is still functional.

Do you accept returns?

We accept 30-day returns on some items, but we can not accept any returns for WPS products as they are hazmat items and are made fresh on demand. Also, we have to make sure they are untampered with for our customers' health and safety. Please make sure you order the right kind and amount. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you store credit card information?

We prioritize the security of your sensitive information; therefore, once credit card details are entered, we do not retain access to this information to further ensure your data privacy and protection.

How Secure is Our Website?

Where is the coupon code in the website?

1. When at checkout, locate "Show Order Summary" at the top of the webpage.

Do you accept e-Transfer?

We do accept e-Transfer for Canadian customers; you can find it in the payment section with the rest of the payment options. 

How are taxes calculated on your site?

Taxes are charged for orders in Canada only. They are charged for Hst, Pst, or Gst and on shipping costs. Coupon codes are charged before taxes. No taxes are changed in the USA.

Can you Freeze the Plastics Bottles for Long-term Storage?

Yes, you can freeze CDS Pure 3000 ppm and store them for 5 years or longer at full strength. They may come frozen in colder weather, but this is fine. We have decided to not recommend that that The kit be frozen any more. There is a chance the Sodium chlorite could clump up if frozen, but we have not seen it happen.

What is the Expected Color and Smell of the Solution or Liquid upon activation of the WPS KIT?

When activating a few drops of the Chlorine Dioxide KIT, look for a yellow colour and the smell of choline. Depending on how many more drops you add, it will turn dark yellow, to dark amber brown soon after activation, also it will smell more like chlorine so you should use it in a well-ventilated space.

What is the Difference between Plastic and Glass Bottles?

The Sealsafe plug is air-tight and self-sealing, making it accessible only with an oral syringe to prevent contamination and evaporation. Each bottle comes with an external 1ml oral syringe, as the inner rubber-lined dropper may degrade over time.

Made from high-quality amber (brown) glass, these bottles effectively filter out harmful UV light. Glass is the preferred choice for long-term storage (over six months) due to its durability and non-leaching properties. Experience elegance and convenience with our glass bottles.

🚶🏻Plastic Bottles for On-the-Go

Our plastic bottles are expertly crafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a premium chemical-resistant plastic. This makes them both durable and convenient, especially for on-the-go use. Additionally, their non-transparency offers superior UV protection. Despite the very rare failures after 8 months, these containers remain the preferred option for short-term use (under 6 months) and for travelling, thanks to their durability and portability.

Where are your Chlorine Dioxide Supplies sourced from?

We source all Chlorine Dioxide solutions, bottles and labels from within Canada and USA. All bottling and manufacturing are in Canada. We are proud of our WPS for being a product of Canada.

Chlorine Dioxide KIT vs. Pure CDS 3000 PPM

🆚The Chlorine Dioxide KIT and Pure CDS 3000 PPM share the same pathogen-fighting capabilities since they both utilize Chlorine Dioxide to eliminate disease-causing organisms. The primary distinction is that our Chlorine Dioxide KIT requires activation and yields a solution with a potency of 33,000 ppm for every 1 ml of activated solution, whereas Pure CDS 3000 PPM is pre-activated and maintains a more moderate strength of 3000 ppm. Pure CDS means it contains no residual Chlorine Dioxide KIT ingredients or byproducts except Chlorine Dioxide Gas.🔬🦠

What is the Difference Between Part A 22.4% and 25% Sodium Chlorite?

Part A has two options, 22.4% and 25% Sodium Chlorite. They both make Chlorine Dioxide when activated by Part B. The 25% version is slightly stronger, about 10% stronger than the 22.4%. They both work the same, and the difference would not be noticeable for most users. Some people may prefer one over the other, but the choice is a matter of personal preference.

For Part B of the kits, what is the Difference Between Citric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)?

Part B has two different food-grade acids to activate Part A, Citric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid (HCL). Both Citric Acid and HCL will activate the Part A Sodium Chlorite in 30 seconds. Some people believe that HCL, which is used for digestion in the stomach, may be better tolerated. HCL is also much more popular than Citric Acid.

How do you make Choline Dioxide with a KIT?

There are many ways to make Chlorine Dioxide, but one of the easiest methods is to activate Sodium Chlorite. This can be done easily using Chlorine Dioxide KitS. Simply add 1 drop of Part A and 1 drop of Part B together in a clean glass and wait 30 seconds. Congratulations, you now have Chlorine Dioxide!

How to Store Pure CDS 3000 ppm?

Storage: Upon receiving Pure CDS, it's essential to refrigerate it immediately. Allow it to refrigerate for at least 4 hours before opening. Rest assured, our solution retains its full strength for up to 8 months when unopened from the date received. Once opened, it remains potent for approximately 1 to 6 months.

How to activate Chlorine Dioxide Kits?

KIT Activation of Chlorine Dioxide: Mix 1 drop of PART A Sodium Chlorite and 1 drop of PART B Hydrochloric Acid or Citric Acid in a clean container to make Chlorine Dioxide. Use one drop of each. Allow 30 seconds for activation.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place with the lid closed. Full strength for 1 to 2 years.

What is the conversion of Chlorine Dioxide KIT to Pure CDS 3000 PPM?

⚖11 ml of Pure CDS 3000 PPM is equivalent to 1 ml of activated Chlorine Dioxide KIT, making it 11 times stronger.

💪Upon activation, 1 ml of Sodium Chlorite from our Chlorine Dioxide KIT has been verified to generate approximately 33,000 ppm of Chlorine Dioxide, whereas Pure CDS 3000 PPM is 3000 ppm. It's important to note that with the KIT, this will be a total of 2 ml, as 1 ml of Part B is added to activate.

How is your Sodium Chlorite Solution made?

Our Sodium Chlorite Solution is produced by an industrial manufacturer at a 25% concentration, adhering to the highest standards. This meticulous process ensures the quality and effectiveness of our product for various applications.⭐🏭

📏What is 28% Sodium Chlorite?

📐28% Sodium Chlorite Solution is equivalent in concentration to 22.4% Sodium Chlorite Solution. This discrepancy arises when Sodium Chlorite is produced using 80% Sodium Chlorite flakes. While some refer to it as 28%, the actual concentration is 22.4% Sodium Chlorite Solution, with 5.6% consisting of inert salts, which are sometimes counted as Sodium Chlorite. We do not make it from flakes like others, this way we have less 1% salts and it is more pure.🕵

Do you have Sodium Chlorite flakes?

We do not offer Sodium Chlorite flakes as they are not available in Canada.

What is the standard of your Sodium Chlorite Solution Part A?

Our source of Sodium Chlorite Solution is certification to meet the stringent NSF/ANSI Standard 60, establishing itself as the market's premier, highest-quality grade, expertly crafted for the generation of Chlorine Dioxide.

What is the quality of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) Part B?

We source a food-grade acid to activate the Sodium Chlorite, employing the utmost purity in the form of Hydrochloric Acid or HCl, specifically the ACS grade, subject to rigorous testing by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. This acid attains FCC grade, ensuring strict compliance with the exacting standards outlined in the Food Chemical Codex 5th Edition.

What is the quality of Citrus Acid Part B?

Derived from naturally occurring fruit acids via microbial fermentation of carbohydrate substrates, our sourced Citric Acid stands as a premium, natural choice. As a food-grade acid, it aligns with the highest global standards, meeting specifications set by major world codex and pharmacopeia standards, including USP, FCC, BP, EP, DAB, and FAO/WHO. Rest assured, our Citric Acid is meticulously crafted to meet the most exacting quality benchmarks. Made by mixing citrus acid powder 50 parts to 50 parts professional steam distilled water.

Are WPS KIT and CDS the same as using MMS Protocols?

Health Canada is advising against the use of "MMS" or Miracle Mineral Solution, as taking it as suggested by Jim Humble or Andreas Kalcker may cause serious health problems. AllOne Wellness does not endorse the misuse of our products. Chlorine Dioxide Kit and CDS are for lab and industrial use only and should not be used for MMS protocols. We cannot provide advice on using our products for MMS or any specific protocols related to it.
