Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

What is shipment processing time?

All orders are processed within 0-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We try to ship out package same day before about 1 pm PST.

We may experience high volume of orders or supply chain delays may delayed shipments being shipped for few days. Please allow additional days for tracking to start working. We may print out a label and not ship out right away, in rare case. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Why is you currency in US dollar, even though your in Canada?

USD is an international accepted currency and we have many customers in the USA and internationally.  At this time we can only have one currency.

FAQ Water Purification

Do you have an expiry date on the bottles?

We do not have an expiry date on the bottles, the stamp would not stick to the label.

WPS kit will be full strength for 2 to 4 years and we make enough at a time to last a few weeks.

CDS and CDH will be full strength for at least a year and we make enough at a time last for a few days. They may still work after this time but will slowly lose their potency.

Where are your water purification sourced from?

We source all water purification solutions, bottles and label from with in Canada.

How is your Sodium Chlorite Solution made?

We get 25% Sodium Chlorite Solution from a supplier in Canada. To make the 22.4% solution we dilute is with distilled water.

We find this is superior to using 80% Sodium Chlorite Powder Flakes as it has no impurity to filter out after mixing it with the distilled water un like the powder version.

What is the standard of your Sodium Chlorite Solution?

Our Sodium Chlorite Solution is Certified by NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for use in drinking water for chlorine dioxide production at a maximum of 28 mg/L

What is the quality of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)?

We have a very high-quality food-grade Hydrochloric Acid ACS that was tested by a quality assured ISO 9001:2015 certified company to verify the material meets food Chemical Codex 5th ED.
