Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our website, AllOne Wellness. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

 

How can I get free shipping?

 

Orders exceeding $69 CAD (before taxes and after applying coupons) qualify for free shipping within Canada. For the contiguous 48 states in the USA, free shipping is available for orders over $69 CAD, about $50 USD. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, shipping is available for a flat rate of $2.97 CAD, although it does not qualify for free shipping at this threshold.

 

Shipment Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 0 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In rare cases, we may take up to 5 business days to ship order out as the warehouse can get backed up due to high demand.  If your order takes longer than three days to ship, contact us, and we can expedite it for you.

 

For Canadian orders that include Chlorine Dioxide items, shipping options are limited to Canada Post - Expedited, UPS Ground, or other ground shipping methods, as these items are classified as hazardous materials.

 

For United States orders containing Chlorine Dioxide items, shipping is available only through DHL eCommerce, with final delivery handled by USPS (please check your mailbox), as they are also considered hazardous materials. We also offer UPS Ground as an option for an additional cost.

 

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to start working.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s), if available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

 

If you receive any damaged items, please contact AllOne Wellness (support@allonewellnessnow.com) and provide us with photos of the damage. 

 

Make sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods. 

 

Our Return & Refund Policy contains detailed information about the options and procedures for returning your order, but please contact us before returning any items.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items like food.

To complete your return, we require you to contact us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items that cannot be returned include:

- Any item not in its original condition
- Damaged items or items missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received by our warehouse, please inform us. We recommend using a tracking service for your return shipment, as we may not be able to verify returns sent without tracking.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check the following:

1. Review your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at Support@AllOneWellnessNow.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Support@AllOneWellnessNow.com.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
